Thoughts
This episode is the shortest of the season so far and it picks up right where the previous episode left off. We're given a look at 1942 British occupied India and how that affected the people. One of the plot threads in this series has been about the partition that happened in India and how it affected the people. In this episode, we get to see some of that and we finally get to meet Aisha and see a little of what happened the night Nani got separated. Now some of what happened in this episode were foreshadowed and very predictable but even still the way it happened was very cool to see. The main issue I had with this episode was the fact that it felt like something was missing. I wanted to stay with Aisha a little longer. Also from a personal standpoint, I think this episode should have come earlier in the series or at the very least had a couple more flashbacks with Aisha. Back in the present, we find out that when you are banished from the Veil they mean it. That was a very interesting way to end that particular plot point as normally stories don't handle it that way. The ending of the episode is also weird as I feel like this episode did a decent job of being a season finale. It's going to be interesting to see how Marvel wraps things up with this show.
